Sag Support
 Sag support will be on route, visible, and available to help you at any time. Although some tours expect riders to pedal the entire route unless there is an emergency, we give you the option of shuttling at any time. This allows couples where one rider is stronger than the other to still enjoy the tour together.

Getting tired and don't feel like riding the rest of the day? No problem. Flag down the shuttle and hop a ride to the next national park where you can hike and bike at your leisure. Or maybe just relax and take in the incredible views.

Meals
 The tour price includes all meals, from breakfast on the first ride day to Dinner on the last. The only exception is on Layover Days, where lunch is not included. We eat at the best restaurants in the area, and you order what you want from the menu. Except for alcohol, everything is included, even appetizers, salad, soup and dessert.

Each day there will also be a scenic lunch stop on the route with all you can eat. Fruit juices, soft drinks, fruit, snacks and other refreshments will also be available from the van at any time. We also stock all the GU, Power Bars and Energy drinks you need to get you through the day. Stop a sag at any time if you need something.

Lodging
 The tour price includes all lodging, double occupancy, from the night before the start of the tour to the night after the last day of riding . We stay at very comfortable hotels, resorts and National Park Lodges. We strive for lodging with a minimum AAA 3 star rating. To qualify for our tour, we look for hotels with great rooms, a pool, Jacuzzi, and fantastic views.

Having said that, some of our scenic routes take us far into the backcountry where we take the best lodging we can get! Although smaller with fewer amenities, these hotels still offer good quality, they just may not have a pool. But sometimes it's the small inn nestled in the mountains that adds ambiance to an evening. Explore the hotel links on the Tour Summary sidebar on each tour for hotel descriptions.

Traveling Alone
 The tour price includes all lodging, double occupancy. If you are traveling alone and wish a private room, a Single Supplement is available. If you would rather be paired with a roommate, we will find one for you. If we can't place you with a roommate, there is no extra charge.

Shuttle Transfers
 All shuttles and transportation are included in the tour. If you are flying, airport transfer will be provided before and after the tour. All details will be provided in the RIDERS GUIDE after registering for your tour. The Tour Summary sidebar for each tour lists the connecting airport.

Luggage Transportation
 Each day your luggage will be transferred to the next Hotel. Don't want that wind breaker you wore this morning? No problem. You will never be far from our 15 passenger vans towing custom built trailers. Just hand it to them as they go by.

Detailed Route Slips
 Nobody includes as much detail about their routes as we do! Our route slips include Detailed Elevation Charts so you know how much climbing you'll be doing each day. You'll know what to expect for the next day's ride, and what some of the "must see" sites are along the route and at the next national park. We have ridden and hiked extensively in the area and know all the best riding, hiking and dining spots along the way. Tell us what you'd like to do and we will make it happen!

Parking
 If you are driving, you may typically leave your vehicle at the first nights hotel until our return, or meet our shuttle at the airport. See the Riders Guide for the parking locations for each tour.

Bicycle Shipping
 If you are flying and will be bringing your bike with you, we will provide storage for your case during the tour. If you don't wish to bring your bike along on the plane, you may ship it to the first night's hotel where it will be waiting for you. We recommend using either FedEx or UPS.

We strongly recommend having your bike tuned up a week or two before the tour so you know it is in top running condition. Ride it after it is tuned up so you know everything is operating properly.
