Cycling Escapes Tour Registration




Registration and $695.00 Deposit (U.S. Funds)

A $695 deposit is required to reserve your space on a National Park tour or Climbing Camp.

Follow these 3 easy steps to Register:

3) Mail the form with a check or money order for your Registration Fee (U.S. Funds). Checks only please we do not accept credit cards.

For National Park Tours, the balance of your registration is due 60 days prior to the start of the tour.


10% Discount For Returning Riders
To show our appreciation, all previous Tour riders enjoy a 10% discount off the normal Tour price.

Transfers
Sometimes the best laid plans fall astray. Should life interfere with your trip, we will be happy to transfer your entire balance to another tour of your choosing at no extra charge.

Cancellations
Our goal is to make your Tour as enjoyable and carefree as possible. Cancellations are no problem. You may cancel at any time and receive a 100% refund. For our National Park Tours we ask that you cancel at least 30 days before the Tour starts.

Cancellations by Us
We make every effort to ensure a Tour goes forward. However, we reserve the right to cancel any of our National Park Tours if we don't have the minimum number of riders registered for the tour. Climbing Camps always run.
