Cycling Escapes Bicycle Tour Registration




Reservations and Down Payment
A $400 deposit is required to reserve your space on a tour. To register, simply use our secure online form. The balance is due 60 days prior to the start of the tour. If registering within 60 days of a tour, the balance is due upon registration.

Register Early and Enjoy the Beauty!
Our SAG vehicles and trailers are without peer and are very comfortable for a limited number of people. In order to provide the best support to our riders, tour participation is limited to 15-20 riders.

10% Discount For Returning Riders
To show our appreciation, all previous Tour riders enjoy a 10% discount off the normal Tour price.

Group or Club Discount
We belong to bike clubs. We ride with bike clubs. We love bike clubs! All groups or clubs registering at least 4 people receive $100.00 off each entry (cannot be added to 10% discount).

Transfers
Sometimes the best laid plans fall astray. Should life interfere with your trip, we will be happy to transfer you to another tour of your choosing at no extra charge.

Cancellations
Our goal is to make your Tour as enjoyable and carefree as possible. Cancellations are no problem. Should you cancel for any reason more than 60 days before the balance is due, there is a one time cancellation fee of $100 to cover the time spent on your registration.

If you cancel less than 60 days before the start of the Tour there is no refund. But, your remaining balance, minus a $400 cancellation fee, may be transferred to any Tour in the future with no time limit. No other company offers such a generous transfer policy.

When you decide on a future Tour, you will need to register and reserve your spot with only the $400 deposit. The rest of your balance will be applied to the Tour.

Cancellations by Us
We make every effort to ensure a Tour goes forward. However, we reserve the right to cancel any tour if we don't have the minimum number of riders registered for the tour. The minimum number of riders is typically 5.

If Cycling Escapes does find it necessary to cancel a tour, not only will you receive a full refund, but we will also give you a $200 credit for any future Tour, no time limit.
